The grounds connect a historic relocated villa, a lodge and charming cottage. Beautiful Waiheke rock walls framing a lavender hill create a grand entrance. Symmetrical layouts and lawns lead to covered outdoor areas, sunrooms and idyllic spaces by the pool and veranda, elegantly planted with potted hydrangeas and olive trees. Buxus, star jasmine and white Standard Iceberg add elegance, while banana trees and self-seeded creepers playfully break the formal rules.

This property has a steep driveway and is not suitable for visitors in wheelchairs or with walkers.
