Part of the original Delamore Farm, this 1.5ha property was purchased by the owners in 1997. Manuka was planted to provide shelter for native trees as they became established. These, in turn, (with help from the birds) have provided a seed source for nearby properties. For years, a group of neighbours has successfully carried out pest and weed control programmes, including 130 bait stations and recent drone spraying for invasive weeds on the cliff.  Plant and bird life now flourish on this corner of the Island.

Enjoy the magnificent view, walk to the Pah site on the headland or through the bush to the dog sculpture in the bay. Ramble through mature native trees, olive groves, vegetable gardens, and along the driveway garden, planted with specimens gifted by friends and family.

Sol Espresso Bar coffee cart will be on-site, offering a range of hot drinks with a percentage of proceeds going to the Jassy Dean Trust.
