2024 Waiheke Garden Festival

Terms and Conditions

  1. Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable but transferable before the event day. Online ticket confirmation must be shown at the first garden you visit to receive your wristband, which grants access to all gardens. Wristbands are valid for both days and cannot be transferred once worn.

  2. Event Dates: The Festival will take place on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th November, from 10am to 4pm, rain or shine. There are no alternate rain dates.

  3. Health and Safety: Visitors are responsible for their own health and safety and should follow Health and Safety notices at each property. Wear appropriate footwear for uneven, slippery surfaces, and be cautious on steep slopes and under low tree branches. We ask all visitors to take care and watch their step!

  4. Property Access: These are private properties. Please respect the privacy of the owners and their property.

  5. Parking: Park responsibly, ensuring other traffic can pass and you are not blocking driveways or streets.

  6. Smoking and Pets: All properties are non-smoking, and no pets are allowed.

  7. Footwear and Paths: Wear flat shoes, stick to the paths, and avoid trampling foliage.

  8. Plants: Do not pick or remove any plants. If you need assistance identifying a plant, bring the person to the plant, not the plant to the person.

  9. Children: Children under 16 are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  10. Personal Belongings: Ensure you take all personal belongings with you. Owners are not responsible for lost property or disposing of rubbish.

  11. Liability: The Jassy Dean Trust (Event Organiser) is not liable for any injury or damage to you or your property during your visit.

  12. Cancellations: If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions or a serious natural disaster, you will have the option to request a refund or donate your refund to The Jassy Dean Trust. We request that ticket refunds are claimed within a month of the event, along with proof of purchase.
